Fitness Camp training starts at 5:30AM at The GYM rain or shine every Monday through Friday.
Every Student can expect a combination of callisthenic drills, along with a mixture of weight training, sprints, interval training, team building and a host of other effective exercises to help you reach your health and fitness goals. We will push you and expect you to perform past your own limitations.

• Comfortable Running Shoes
• Weather Appropriate Clothing
• Water
WHAT CAN BE EXPECTED
• A Challenge to your Physical and Mental Strengths
• Positive Motivation
• Professional Instruction
• Increased Strength and Conditioning

• Everyone shows up at 5:25AM and be ready to start at 5:30AM
